Re Opening Soon

We are excited to be returning to patient care next week! We will have a ‘soft’ reopening on Monday May 18.

While many things have changed, one thing remains the same: our commitment to providing exceptional dental care in a safe and friendly environment.

Infection control has always been a top priority of our team members. In accordance with recommendations of the Iowa Dental Board, CDC, and OSHA, we have implemented additional safety precautions to keep our patients, their families, our team members and doctors safe as we return to practice.

A summary of those changes for your next dental visit:

- A short screening forms will be required to be filled out prior to your appointment. - When you arrive to your appointment, please stay in your car and contact our office by Text (210)961-9039 or by Phone (712)737-3521 to check-in. We will then contact you as soon as your clinic room is ready. - Masks will be required by all who enter the office as mandated by the dental board. Please bring one with you to wear. - Patients are asked to attend their appointment alone if able. For young patients or others with special needs, please call and discuss with our team before the appointment. - Forehead temperatures will be taken with a “no-contact” thermometer upon arrival. Any temperature above 100.5 will have to be rescheduled. - You’ll see our team members in extra PPE (personal protective equipment) for everyone’s protection, including face shields for patient care and plexi-glass guards for the reception area

- We will minimize any time at the front desk area.

As we phase back into practice, we have strategically designed our schedule to provide the best “social distancing” in the office and to reduce the number of patients in our clinic at one time. This may cause some challenges in the short-term obtaining the exact appointment time desired, but is essential in keeping our patients and team members safe.

Our schedulers will be working extremely hard over the next few weeks. Thank you for your patience. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
